Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer any returns or exchange. If you would like to cancel your order, please note that a full refund is only accepted up to 2 days before date of delivery. For any cancellation within 2 days from date of delivery, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded. This is due to the flowers and foliage materials for your order would have been wasted given that these are perishables. Note that refund will be made to you via PayNow.
